My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were so cool with two big beds, stylish wallpaper, a comfy couch, and a huge bathroom. The advertising about a patio made me envision outdoor access, which was a bit misleading. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in. The location was amazing, within a short walk to the casino and close to all the Niagara Falls area attractions we wanted to visit. The dining experience was very good with a wide selection of items. Overall, a great stay with a few minor quirks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered a continental breakfast delivered right to my room. The bathrooms were huge, with a fancy shower, and everything was clean and comfortable. On the downside, I found the emergency exit stairwell locked, which made me wonder about safety measures in case of distress.
